The animal behind the card
Their lips and vocal apparatus help produce loud calls. During breeding gatherings, males occupy display sites and call to attract females. The striking difference between the sexes reflects this unusual courtship system.
It chews fruit to extract the juice, discarding some of the pulp. Nightly movements link fruiting trees scattered across the landscape. Riverine forests and humid woodland provide both feeding grounds and sheltered roosts.
