Account Deletion

You can delete your Bestiara account and associated data at any time. Please review the information below to understand the deletion process and what data will be affected.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your Bestiara account, follow these steps:

  1. Open Bestiara on your mobile device
  2. From the Home screen, tap the top-left hamburger menu (☰)
  3. Select Profile from the menu
  4. Tap Delete account
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion

What Data is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

  • Account identifier - Your unique account ID and username
  • Game progress - All saved game state, levels, achievements, and statistics
  • Collection/Inventory - All collected cards, items, and in-game assets
  • Other gameplay-related data - Any other data stored on our servers related to your gameplay experience

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for legal, accounting, chargeback, or fraud-prevention purposes, including:

  • Purchase/Transaction records - Records of in-app purchases and transactions (e.g., Google Play purchase receipts) required for legal compliance, accounting, and fraud prevention

These records are retained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and are not associated with your personal account after deletion.

Important Notice

⚠️ Deletion is Permanent

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any of your game progress, collection, or other account data. Please ensure you want to proceed before confirming deletion.
